Wipers not working and headlights not working

I keep getting an intermittent fault where the front wipers don't work at all but after 5 mins of driving they work fine, could this be a sticky relay? Also started car up tonight and the lights came on then went off and wouldn't come back on until I switched ignition off and back on, are they on a relay like wipers? Any help would be good

Dive under the passenger side of the dash board and look up, you will see the uch unit that controls all of what you just mentioned, just check the relays are pushed in properly, failing that could be faulty.
