Wing mirror glass the same on both sides?

I ordered a replacement passenger wing mirror glass off ebay,
they've sent me a drivers side with the dots on it and on the back the part number is upside down for the passenger side,
are they symmetrical to fit both sides, or will I have to start all over again?

I would test fit it but it's pitch black outside and I can't see f*ck all.

I run drivers side on passenger side, its fine, I use it as I've got buckets with the wing things, and it givens more view due the bend in the glass.

Cheers mate, they do look symmetrical but I thought i'd just check.
