wheel bearing noise???

  renault clio 2007
Hi guys I have a standard clio 57 plate which is making a loud noise coming from the rear offside wheel when you do over 20 mph. I have jacked the car up and this wheel has a grinding noise like its the brake shoes scraping on the drum but when you spin it, it doesn't spin freely and stops quite instantly. The nearside wheel is okand does spin freely. could this mean I need to change the bearing or could it be a brake shoe issue? Thanks

  looking for a 182
Hi winegum22!
New here, too.

I would suspect it is a faulty brake cylinder . Had that problem once with a 1.4 16V.
