Wheel adaptors to fit audi pepper pots

Hi

Got a slight query, got a 1.4 clio 2003 plate and picking up a set of audi pepper pots tomorrow. I don't under stand all the fitments for wheel adaptors. I believe the centre bore on the pepper pots is 57.1 with 5x100 stud pattern. I know i need 4x100 - 5x100 adaptors but i dont understand what i need to do about the centre bore. I can get hold of VW adaptors easily enough with the right stud patterns although the centre would still be 57.1, does this matter?

Any help would be much appreciated

57.1mm isnt big enough for a clio, you would need to get it bored out.

would i need to get the pepperpots bored out? or just the vw adaptors?

The adaptors, to fit onto the clio spigot which is a bigger diameter.
