whats happend here?

whats the hell is goin on with my filenames, i cant seem to get the names back in 'my documents' dont know what i pressed but its very annoying, as you can see i cant tell which file is which

its only in the my documents folder :S how do i fix it??

Had this before but can't remember the fix...I'm sure it's quite simple as well.

What happens if you change to 'Detail' view?

you get the details view, but it was alright before, i think i hit ctrl + another key while i was closing something and it did that...
