What suspension for Valver

i have been looking for some second hand springs for the valver, but im not finding anything... just wanted to know what peoples thoughts were on the following

(i know alot of you will say! NOO get the gaz, but im working on a budget... if these are better than "the usual" uprated shocks and springs, then thats good enough for me...)

SPR = Sprint Kit with adjustable damping
SPO = Sport Kit with fixed damping ??

Its that, or avoid temptation, and buy some standard shocks from GSF for £72 delivered.

if i was defo keeping the car i would obviously get the coilovers, but im gonna be selling her, after engine is complete.

FK Highsport coilovers are the one I chose 3 years ago and still work well.

Im running Konis on mine and never had a problem. Nice 30mmish drop and not too harsh on the ride, unless you have them on the hardest setting and then its nearly undrivable.
