What Springs

I have a 2002 172 and have just brought new 16inch wheels, i now want to lower it, im not sure which springs to get and what amount to drop it by

any help please would be aprreciated

Eibach Sportlines seem to be the most popular choice as their progressive springs meaning the ride isn't crashy or compromised and they'll lower the car 20 to 30mm
