Touch up paint with a very fine artists brush, Layer it untill its just brimming over the scratch. Will take a few applications with drying time, Then id leave it a few days to cure.. Sand down with 2500 grit.
And ideally machine polish it back with some good polish and hope its not that noticable.
Otherwise. Respray.. Or get a professional company to do it.
