warning lights...

after struggling to get home yesterday from the loss of power.. foot to the floor and a max 60mph
two warning lights came on, after looking in the car manual they are apparently 'electrical fault' and 'toxic fumes'
the manual just says to contact renault dealer.
anyone experienced this before that could maybe help me find out the problem..??

could be many things... just guessing without fault codes: throttle body, pedal-potentiometer etc.

the radio also switched off and the radio stations were set all set back to a default setting.. must be something electrical surely..?? just have no idea where to start!

check the radio fuse! but thats not likely to bring the eml on. get it to a garage with a fault code reader and post the fault codes here!
