Vibration/buzz when changing gear

My 182 has got quite a loud buzz/vibration when I dip the clutch to change gear at 6k+ rpm. I can feel it through the clutch pedal and obviously hear it aswell.

The clutch seems to be acting differently when setting off in 1st, it isnt as smooth as it used to be - this may be related but isnt that much of a problem at the moment.

Any ideas?
