uprated springs on fk konigsport

hey people

as some of you may know my shockers died over the weekend , iv spoke to fk and i can get replacments but i was planning on uprating the sprint to somthing abit harder, now they say at the moment they have 70 n/mm springs on them , what would people reconmend going to, i was thinking like 90 n/mm??? they have 80,90,100,120

Do the Konigsports have 70n/m as standard?

Anyone know what the rating is on the KTR coilover springs? Just for comparison here as that's what I upgraded from
