Tyre sizes standard 172 alloys

Hey guys I'm looking at buying new tyres (toyo t1-r's) for the front's and have found many of you run 205/45/16 instead of 195/45/16, is there much benifit? And anyone know who's got the best prices??

I'd stick with 195's.

If yours is lowered at all, its a good idea as it gives more arch space.
