Totally dead!

Ok, havent ran the 172 for a couple of months as its been to cold so ive alternated the volvo and the jeep instead...lol

So i came to start it today and nothing...i expected that, but i connected jump leads and still nothing...so is it a dead battery with all the freezing conditions, or is it immobilised or what? any help is appreciated...
