Yeah should be able to do this, i'll have to do the same with HSBC app.

You'd think, but with Barclays nothing is simple.

"Go to your old device and choose 'Generate QR' code in the Barcalys app"

Instant random error code on the old app. f**king useless. I'm not pissing around with it today at the risk of getting locked out so I'll sort next week once the staff have been paid.

I think they go up to 1TB storage but I just went for 256GB as I have everything on the cloud nowadays.

I had the exact same thing, and while I'm quick to complain about many things, they sorted it in under 10 minutes, including the wait on hold.

I've already wasted 30 minutes on the phone with them today trying to sort my PC login to business banking because my f**king credentials wouldn't work only to be told that I was incorrectly selecting the PIN Sentry option rather than the Mobile PIN Sentry. I need to wait a few days for the shame to subside before calling them back about this.
