Excellent again, although the things in the foreground are a little distracting for me, not much you can do about them though without missing that foreground out altogether.

Cheers Dan, I do have the same shot without the foreground but thought the posts added a little interest, might have a little play!

I straighten and add the lens corrections. The colour in the shots above all looked like that from the camera with the 'sunset' jpeg setting. As I shoot raw this is obviously lost so I tweek it back up to how it was. Vibrant colours come from (imo) a stop of over exposure and the weird effects from long exposures (30 secs)

This is one of the above shots unedited raw file, simply converted into Jpeg via lightroom

I'll introduce myself to this thread with a couple of recent favourites. I use 35mm in a selection of 60s/70s Pentax Spotmatics, so sometimes it can be a while between new pictures depending on when I can get to the lab for processing.

Loving the 35mm shots. I should really use mine more often but the cost puts me off more than anything.

Took this on our way out this morning. The sea's were getting a bit rough and this was one of the only ones that came out ok ish. I forgot to turn the ISO down though which ruined them a bit. The boat is one of the wing ferries that takes the Airbus A380 wings from Broughton over to France.
