Tension noise in front suspension? Spring binding?

Hi guys,

Issue been plaguing me for months.

When I go over bumps at certain angles, when braking and then accelerating again, I get a knock. It's almost like the engine moves forward and hits something. Its very annoying.

Any ideas where to begin looking? It occurred after I changed my wishbones.
