Supersprint exhasut appreciation thread

  Meg 225
As there is a thread about the great quality and sound of Yozza exhausts, i think the Supersprints also deserve it's own appreciation thread!
I got mine now almost a week on the car and i'm totally in love with it! I bought mine at KAM racing, super delivery, price and helpful people so credit to them!!
The exhaust is the stealth system, cat back and with mid-silencer and has a nice deep tone when cruising on the motorway or even through town the exhaust can be very quiet, but when flooring it it makes a very nice deep tone and when releasing the accelerator it pops a bit, bit grumbling you can say.
Now the build quality and fitment pffff what can i say, i had Mongoose, Scorpion and seen other brands but the quality of this one is in another league!!!
Ok enough talking, post your pic's and vids of your Supersprints fitted

You should eyeball my BTB Stealth exhaust!
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?588291-Stealth-by-BTB

It's on par with Supersprint... sounds almost the same playing those yt vids.

Looks like all the native CS members go for a Yozza, and guys like us abroad for Supersprint (Gardus, yourself) or BTB!

What's with the bolts and safety wiring on the centerbox, behind the cat?

Your BTB looks very good!! The flange where it connects to the cat is a separate part, so that when the exhaust is in its place you can connect the mid section to the cat without bringing tension on it, i think that would be the reason to build it like that

That explains a lot!

So i misinterpreted the first photo of you...

As you can see with the BTB centerbox they added a reinforcement gusset plate prior to the cat.
I also like the extra bracket mount BTB has on the backbox.

So now we both are stuck with a rusty cat and pipes, mild steel to the other stainless piping... manifold, downpipe.
Check this work BTB did:

Vecbtb has this done.: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?527712-BTB-fit-182-cat-onto-my-172

Our supersprint steath backbox is light enough that it really does not need an extra bracket. The BTB is heavier.

I finally had some time to shoot some more vids of the exhaust so here ya go!

Again a little update, i got a PM from someone that asked if the exhaust was droning on motorway so i made 2 vid's where i tried to capture the sound as good as possible. It's recorded with my Iphone in my hand so not the best vid's but hey it's about the sound. If you listen good you'll hear the exhaust popping in the 2nd where i keep the rev's around 4k for a moment, still love it!!!
It actually sounds more 'warmer and deeper' in the flesh but you'll get the idea
