Starting Fault - what did this guy mean?!

So i've had this starting fault for ages now. Just came across some guy on cs that had the same problem, but he fixed it. Then by the looks of it, he's not coming back... The last thing he put was 'Fixed now, power supply came off the motor. When I was driving. Took it back to garage. Put it back on for me'

What does this mean?!!! And how do I do whatever he means?!!
