Squealing noise.

My car has started squealing recently when its cold (mornings and late nights) but doesnt seem to do it during the day.

I was thinking fan belt maybe but was wondering if anyone actually would know what it is.

It mostly happens when im slowing down or go down a gear (usually 2nd).

sounds like a fanbelt if its only at low revs and wen its cold, post a vid?
