Squeaking under load

My car has started making a high pitched squeak when accelerating quickly and also sometimes when turning left and being under load. It sounds like its coming from the N/S wheel?
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Power steering pump or belt maybe

It sounds like metal on metal not really like a whine

Could it be the driveshaft?

Drive shafts wouldn't squeak. It would knock.
