spring bolts!

hi guys, since fitting my milltek system to my 172 ive had alot of sqealing and sqeaking from the spring bolts on the manifold to decat. ive changed the exhuast mounts to reduce movement and had the brackets on the exhuast modded aswel but still no luck

greasing the spring bolts will mae no difference as it will jus burn off as my exhuast gets really hot due to the backfiring

any advice guys??
