sparco sprint seats or.... clio sport seats

hi guys... no really got a clue about seats and stuff but my exsisting seats look a bit tatty....

so my choices are.

sparco sprint seats..... which come with only the seats. no subframes etc... where can i get the subframes and stuff i need to fit these to my car. and are they any good?

second choice....

clio sport seats with subframes....

Cliosport seats would be the easiest obviously, straight swap.

Sparco seats, subframes you can get from Capital seating I believe - expensive though. Or you can have your own custom mounts fabricated for less obviously
