so, ive just bought a clio 1.4 16v

what have i let myself in for??

bought as a runabout until some bills are paid off, but would like to do a few bits to it to make it move along a bit better, thinking exhaust and filter, but can anyone recommend any particular makes for this model of clio??

I'm not sure I'd bother with performance mods on a 1.4. Just enjoy the mpg and when you've saved some cash upgrade to something quicker or put the money towards mods for your subaru.

Had my 1.4 for 5 years now and I can say it's not been the cheappest run about, just paid the tax - £170 ouch
