Official word is.
If you had HD before 22nd June 2010 you are entitled to the HD channels minus sports and movies.
If however you took out HD after the 22nd then you have to pay for the SD version to get it in HD.
If you call and they say that's not the case, hang up and call back. Don't get arsy and ask for a manager if you don't have any luck. They had to cut everyone off (which is cheeky) because their systems cant cope with it for some reason.
