should i buy a clio 172 that in need of new engine mounts?

been looking as you all no lad said he will give me 1 4 2300 only problem is that it needs new engine mounts says 35 quid 2 replace? this true and is it a big job ? thanks

New mounts for the 172 would be about £110.00 and thats for just the engine mount and upper gearbox mount. easy enough to change yourself

This. If it was as simple and cheap to fix as he says then surely he would have done it and sold a working Clio for a higher price?

Sounds like theres something else broken that is being smoke screened.
