Shock absorbers buying in pairs

Need a new shock absorber just wondering if i buy one this month then another one next month to separate the costs would it be okay or is it a MUST be changed together item.

Also what tie rod is used on the cliosports is it TRW or SMI?

Any help please.

Bought 2 now so no need to answer that question but if anyone can help me out with the tie rod part?
