sfs silicone bend on a phase 1 172, not possible???

  Clio RS
well, tried to make my own jms system
using k&n filters and wanted to keep the original airbox instead of getting a v6

but the sfs bend is a bit to short to fit the original airbox...

anyone who had this problem and found a way to solve it?
or any ideas or thoughts on the problem???

really want to keep the original airbox, that I am sure

kind regards

Dominique

Dominique, thats my old sfs bend, it fits trust me, fit it onto the airbox first then the throttle body ;)

Yup that is correct, as said attach to airbox and tighten hoseclip then slide onto throttle body hold in place whilst tightening hose clip, job done.

mines the original airbox. I cant seem to get it more straight

the gap is too big to get if fitted but I'm not giving up yet
