Running issue

Last winter my car starting sounding like an impreza and power was down, had it plugged in and it came up with an injector fault. Replaced said injector and fault was fixed, car ran fine and light eventually went off dash. This week the same thing has happened, seems to be when we have had a colder spell again but this may be a coincidence. I will need to get to plugged in again to clarify but is this a common issue as I've not had it happen with any other cars I've owned? Twice in twelve months seems excessive, all be it there are 3 other injectors to go wrong.
