Rough Idle Problem

Hi guys, recently my 182 has decided to have a rough idle. It doesn't appear to have lost any power so can't imagine it's miss-firing but it pops and bangs etc when idling or on the over run. Smells like its burning something a bit as well. Oil levels are fine and recently had a full service.

Could it be the cat or Lambda sensors?
