rear light issue

Ok so here is the issue im having.

My rear right light is out ( side light ). when i brake it lights up.
when i put the car into reverse and turn the steering wheel i get my hazzard lights going mad off aswell.
I have changed bulbs round and swapped sides aswell

I checked the earthing points and sprayed with wd40 and reconnected. still nothing.
i have taken both lights and swapped sides and it only swaps the issue round.

Any thoughts on this?

theres a few issues i have noticed.. the cruse control doesnt work now and im having an issue with some switches not lighting up correctly - i think im gonna sand the connection back a bit just incase theres an issue that way and mabe sand the connection with the body.
