Prices (TBC)

One small tent + car + one person £9 and then £4 for each additional person in the same tent.

(These are the 2013 prices so may be subject to a slight change for 2014)

Camping should be available for anyone who wants to arrive on Friday 4th (again, I will confirm this in the new year)

Barbecues are permitted and there are a couple of picnic tables in the field we are using. It's advisable to bring a comfy chair.

RAF Duxford is a 5 minute drive away for anyone who missed CSS13 (it's well worth a visit if you've never been before)

There's a pub/restaurant in Fowlmere called The Swann House Inn which provided us with a superb full English this year. It's about a 10 minute walk from the campsite. (I'll need to book this and will need you to let me know if you want to come when it comes to the time of booking the campsite)

Can I just add that the owner has been kind enough to let us use the site following the success of this years visit. Let's make sure that we don't do anything to tarnish our reputation ie no loud music or getting pissed and doing handbrake turns on the field etc. There are residential caravans located on one side of the park and we don't want to be upsetting any of the permanent residents.

We had plenty to drink and it was a really good laugh this year so I don't see there being any issues for this event. Anyone who gets out of hand will be asked to leave its as simple as that really.​

Anyone have any idea yet when they're likely to be turning up Saturday afternoon? I know it's still a while away, but just trying to plan ahead.... Hehe :)

I'll be there between mid morning and lunchtime on the Saturday I reckon.

It's a lovely campsite there!, are we breakfasting at that lovely pub again? Dependant on numbers I guess.... ? Was a nice walk :)

Yeah I'll definitely be sorting out breakfast at the pub again.

The food there was really good wasn't it. And the walk there and back was perfect to help clear the cobwebs.

J was it you that fell asleep at the table?? lol

Errrrrrr possibly!! I was the one with the campus, tiny very cheap tent, funky colourful lights in my footwell (they're gone now)

I think I was at your table for breakfast, I'd never met anyone who was there before so probably was kinda quiet and not introduce myself that well!! Haha

No I remember who you are mate but I can't remember who it was that fell asleep at the table. There's a photo somewhere I swear lol

I'll book this later today, is it a pay opver the phone job or cash on the day? Do we have to quote anything on the phone to say we're a group? Or just book a random pitch

Also.. With food. Is someone bringing a BBQ and we're all just bringing food, or everyone taking their own little disposable BBQ's?

When you ring to book just mention 'the clio club' and they will know what you're talking about. You can make payment by card over the phone.

With regards to barbecues it will probably be advisable to bring a portable one or one of those disposable jobbies.
