Poly Bushes and Camber Adjustment 172

Evening all...

as per my post in engine tuning.. I've had a search but no answer to what I want to know..

Car- PH1 172

I have a resonable vibration from the front end- might be tyres but to start I am going to replace the suspension bushes with polys..

I've seen them with a dog bone engine mount- What is the definative answer to this- more trouble than its worth or what- this is a dedicated track car and will be used for nothing else.

Secondly I've seen and read something about camber adjustment bolts... whats the deal and where do I get them from and how much???

I don't have the uprated dog bone mount but I have the Poly bushes in my bottom arms and it feels much better.
