Photoshop exhaust

Hi can someone please photoshop my exhaust so that it is closer to the bumper and also cut into the bumper slightly.

It actually doesnt stick out at all, it just looks that way as its hanging so low. Should I do it below the bumper or cut into the bumper? Can someone please do a PS
