Photography for estate agents

  Cupra, Fiesta ST2
Random thought popped into my head today, do many people just do photography for estate agents?

The photo's published by estate agents are usually complete rubbish, poorly composed, not got enough in the frame, etc so it wouldn't be difficult to improve on what they do currently.
I have seen this article on Digital Camera World, but it is a few years old now http://www.digitalcameraworld.com/2...aphy-part-5-shoot-property-for-estate-agents/

What could you realistically charge? With the move to online agents, could this be an expanding market?

Nope. Photos don't sell the house.

Agent could put the worst photos in the world up, people would still drive past and buy.

Check SDUK Photography on FB. He does some and will most likely be doing mine very soon.
In my book for the outlay it's worth it, spent more on paint recently!

The better estate agents do employ a decent photographer.
However, most don't!
£100 seems to be the going rate, as a seller I'd say that's money well spent.

Some photographers do specialise in property. I guess the main issue would be getting peoples houses photo ready (in terms of clutter & props) & weather.
