Phone for £100

What would you suggest as the best phone that can be had for about £100. It doesn't matter whether it's buying from a shop or ebay as long as it's new. The only things it needs to have is an MP3 player, camera, FM radio and speakerphone but I would think most phones would have that now anyway.

I was considering the w800i but no really too sure yet so any suggestions appreciated.
