Phase 1 and 2 suspension

Evening all.......is phase 1 and 2 suspension the same?

Basically I need rear shocks for a phase 1 but ive been offered a pair off a phase 2 so id like to know if they fit before i buy!

they fit! differences are in the front brackets.
