passenger side dip beam not working?

Basically ive been pulled probably about 6-7 times for this and think its about time i got it sorted. the dip beam is not working at all on the passenger side, the full beam and side lights work and everything works on the drivers side. and its not the bulb as ive tried the one from the drivers side and no luck. Any suggestions??

Checked the fuse?

yeah all the fuses are fine.

Unclip the connector and check you are getting power, if not then trace the wire back to hopefully find the fault
