Clio 197 dipped beam issue

Before I dive any deeper maybe someone knows something to save me load of time. I'm about to put my 197 thru its mot just doing basic checks and noticed the drivers side dipped beam isn't working passenger's is. Brand new bulb in and still the same. Are these on there own fuse? Any heads up before I pull the car apart.. tia.

Issue fixed. It was the headlight itself at fault. Luckily there cheap to get hold of.
