P0203 fault

Just after confirmation that the obd reader has detected. Car is running very lumpy, under powered, misfiring, had a similar issue before and it turned out to be an injector. The scanner shows 2 faults and reads as follows - p0203 injector circuit/open cylinder 3, single cylinder misfire (cylinder not specified). Anything else I need to check before ordering an injector?

Wiring for for frays etc. or corrosion

Take it the 3 relates to cylinder 3, mine says P0200 injector circuit / open. Does that mean all them as could be a wiring fault
