oil for the dci 80

Can anyone confirm that its the 10/40 oil thats used for oil change on the above car?..is this semi-synthetic?..whats the best place to get it and the best quality ????

I recommend Shell Ultra Helix 5W40 fully synthetic. I use it on my DCI 65 2002 and change oil + oil filter every 9400 miles.

Halfords 2 for 1 on all there fully synthetic oil atm 5/10w40s fine.

50-40 or 10-40 is fine

Fully synthetic better realy but the key realy for normal use it to chnage it ever 9k or year or even better ever 6k/6months.

Cheers edde, just what I as looking for, cars getting the timing belt done in the morning, might as well get the oil+filter done as well
