Oil breather gasket - where to buy

Anyone know where I can buy the oil breather gasket (just below the inlet manifold)

I can find it as part of a pack, but they're £60+

Isn't the common practice to apply instant gasket to this plenum rather than replacing the gasket? I had the same issue and followed the advice in this thread;
