Anyone on here gone through the process of setting up sky/broadband/phone in a new build apartment?
Will I need to have BT "install" a phoneline and have sky/virgin/etc.. provide the tv/net package while being stuck with BT for line rental etc?
As far as I'm aware the line is already into the building there are "comms" cupboards in the landing areas with phonelines running through and obviously the apartment itself has sockets. Does it require any further physical connection/installation by BT or does the provider effectively just make the line live when they come to connect the tv/net?
