New lens trial - 55-250mm Canon IS (pic whorage inside)

Got a zoom for my 450D - Canon EF 55-250mm IS

Went to the seaside with a friend who is contemplating an RS ! (the fool...)

Anyway - firstly the Clio !

Some slightly more arty ones at Camber sands

And now for random shots around Hastings..:

I think it's a highland terrier, but the sign was inconclusive...:

Cool cheers .. It seems alright to me .. the focus struggles sometimes but 95% of the time it's got its target within a fraction of a second. Only bad point I could find on various reviews on the tinterweb suggested it wasn't as good as the L-spec premuim Canon kit - but at ~1/10th the price, if its 1/10th as good, then I'm happy !
