New exhaust? full system suggestions?

Hi all looking to replace my exhaust system in next few months, looking for full system with a nice twin tail pipe, but nothing to loud but a good bhp increase? best opinions and options please?

172's will need the bumper hacking up to make them a fake 182. You might also need to lose your spare wheel well.
More popular solutions are single-pipe exits, or a hidden exhaust like you already have. Google KTec for their offerings, also Powerflow or Mongoose
As said, you're not going to get any noticeable HP increase maybe 3 or 4hp, just a load more of the gruff noise the 172 makes. This may give the impression of being faster, but you wont be going any quicker.

No chance, these clios dont gain alot of bhp unfortunately

Unless going itbs, turbo etc

people replace them more to the fact the originals are made of cheese

Unfortunately more recent, normal-aspiration (as opposed to "modern", turbo) cars were normally tuned to death by the manufacturer.
Sticking on a massive cone filter, drainpipe chavzorst and ECU remap onto a Clio, or a Type-R Civic, or similar, achieves very little, compared to doing the same to, say, and old MG or Triumph (replace remap with carb-tuning).
