Nasty Rattle HELP!!!!

I just fitted a New backbox to my Clio 16V and when I give it full throttle I think something is knocking/vibrating and sounds really raspy. Also if I get under the car and tap the back box or whack it it hits someything and makes that noise.

Anyone had this problem or can give me an idea where to look foir knocking etc

Sounds like a poorly aligned rear silencer. You must hold the rear box in the right place while doing up the clamp.
