NAS drives/Personal Clouds

  Cupra, Fiesta ST2
I am looking at setting up an easy to use NAS drive to store all of my movies and TV shows, plus a back up of pictures.

I have narrowed the choice down to 2 Seagate devices, the Central or Personal Cloud

From what I can gather, the Personal Cloud was released earlier this year where as the Central has been out for a few years.
Are there any pros or cons to either unit?

I use a WD NAS.
So can't really help on the specifics, but I use my NAS to dump media onto so it doesn't fill up my PC or phone.
There aren't many downsides, except that if they corrupt themselves there's a 1/3 chance you're not getting any of that data back...that's what I heard anyway

I use the 'Netgear Stora'. Has 2 HDD slots and you can run it in a RAID config so you essentially have 2 backups.

HOWEVER...

The user interface is an illogical joke and fills me with no confidence at all! Looking to replace it as soon as I can!

So to sum up - AVOID the Netgear Stora.
