Microsoft word

I am trying to write an employment letter on my laptop, but I cannot find any programme or microsft word to write a letter, I have just moved house and I can't seem to find any of the dics, I tried to search Google for mircosoft words but no result, I can't seem to find a way to download Mircosoft word, Please help I am a computer newbie.

Thanks can't find Microsoft word is it get OpenOffice.org

You have to pay for Microsoft Word. If its only a letter you need to write then WordPad will work.

Start -> Run -> WordPad

-or-

Start -> Accessories -> WordPad
