Megane 225 better than mk2 V6

You are reading it wrongly; one comment was about the sheer acceleration and the fun factor the other about handling. No contradiction as they are entirely different things!

He thought the Megane felt faster and was more fun, but that the V ultimately handled better because of its lower centre of gravity.

He said the V should of and could of been so much faster and thought that the handling was altogether "too good" thus making it less fun to drive.

Remember this is only an opinion. We should all create our own. I will give you mine when I have run in the Megane and driven it properly.

I agree that pushing a car to its limits can be fun, and agree that maybe thats why the Megane felt faster... possibly because it was rolling and screeching in the corners...

Tell you what, though, the megane is far too quiet to be able to enjoy any engine sound... Ive had a look at my exhaust, and the bore if HUGE, but the turbo seems to absorb most of the noise...

Ill say it again,the megane is a family hatch that has been warmed up,the V6 is a totally rebuilt car from the floor up and it shows in how nice it looks

This is like which is better Evo 8 340 or a gallant

Escort cosworth or RS2000

The cars have been made to do different things,of which they are both good

But ill take a V6 in blue please

No... its ugly as sh*te! Only marginally easier on the eye than a heavily modified Saxo et al. So basically youre only a rich & old boy racer ;-)

The Dynamique wouldnt be my choice of car if I was absolutely loaded, but for a uni student its not that bad!
