Following Himley Hall letting me down and thanks to Don, we have a new venue:

Sunday March the 4th - 12:00 @ The Red Lion Pub, Sutton, Near Newport, Shropshire, TF10 8DQ

The Plans
Once every one has arrived and we have all had a good chat we can move cars and get some big group piccies, before heading in for some lunch.

Finally, after we are all brimmed with food we can go for a local drive. These details are a little hazy at the moment as I don't know the area very well, so any suggestions for a driving route would be great.

The roads around there are awesome so we have to do something with them before we separate.

Food and Seating
The Red Lion provide traditional and wholesome food with locally sourced produce and it sounds pretty tasty.

They need a heads up on numbers, so when adding your name to the list below, please write whether you are eating or not. If you don't let me know you're eating, you may not get a seat. I will be notifying them of numbers for food on Saturday morning.

Their menu changes every three days, so I cannot guarantee what food will be on the menu, but Don has kindly scanned in a menu to give you an idea:

There's some good roads up there...the one leading from there to Stoke through Eccleshall...also, Norbury Junction up that way, but its by a canal and parking can be tight on a weekend. I will send out mass PM in a sec!

*Suggestions*

There is going to be 3 ways of approach really.

A41 (M54 J3) then onto A519
From Telford/Shropshire way (which again could be onto A41 then A519 but different part of same road)
From Stafford/Stoke down A519 towards Eccleshall then onto meeting point.

I will be heading from Telford...if anyone from over there wants to meet.

I tried to get bloke from the plumbers merchants to come along Sunday in his LY 200! It's a stunning example. His response was I'm not into all that.

To be fair he's gotta be in his forties (not that age is an issue like)

I'm 37....Daz is nearly 40 so there's no worries there. Tell him to pop in...if he doesnt like it or its not for him at least the meet isnt serious miles away from Wolves...

The 197.net response has been dissapointing so far. I had about eight confirmed before the venue change. Now, so far, there's one. I genuinely don't get it. It would be more understandable if the date changed.
