Lupo GTI to 182.... Finally

Hello everyone,


Thought I'd say hi as I'm a long time reader and follower but first time poster (Don't tell Clublupo lol)

After selling my Lupo GTI last year the intention was to buy a 182 but unfortunately a drop top somehow ended up in with my name on the V5 due to the weather.... That's now sold so I am carless but seriously looking to get that 182 now. I have a few to look at over the next few days and have narrowed down the colour and specs I want so hopefully soon!

As I'm here (and can disguise my inexperience on the site with the newbie post) - just one question as I can't seem to find it - how much is the tax for the 182 after the recent Budget changes?

I'll let everyone know what I settle on and put up photos soon!

The Lupo has been the best car I driven so far. Really surprising handling for it's upright appearence and could be thrown into most bends at great speed! A lot of fun and certainly the difference in it compared to the other models (I owned a Sport before) was a huge leap in both speed and handling. The 182 has a lot to live up to

Since end of May mate.

It said 205 on the slip i got through the post but when i got to the post office it had rised to 215.......Bastid eh!?

EDIT - Hang one il go and have a look at my motor actually maybe it said 195 on my slip but when i got there it was 205!? :S

Drove a loop gti on coilovers, you wont be dissapointed when you get your 182

You drive one of those silly little smart things... therefore your opinion doesn't really count as it's pretty clear you have no taste whatsoever ;-)

How are you finding the build quality on the Clio compared to your Lupo? Now in that department you have taken a good jump backwards!

Even driving it briefly it feels like such an improvement on the Lupo. So much more oomph and rigidity on the road. (And a much nicer colour)
